Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask TribeMeet to delete personal information associated with your account, WhatsApp contact, or support conversation.

How to request deletion

Send an email to tribemeet.contact@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include enough information for FURNIVO Inc. to locate your TribeMeet records, such as the email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, organization, or conversation reference connected to TribeMeet.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge your request and may ask for verification so we can protect your account and prevent unauthorized deletion.
  2. We locate personal information associated with the verified request.
  3. We delete or de-identify information that we no longer need to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, maintain security, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
  4. We confirm when the request has been completed or explain why a limited record must be retained.

WhatsApp messaging preferences

If you only want to stop WhatsApp messages, you can reply with unsubscribe language such as "STOP" or contact tribemeet.contact@gmail.com. We will update your messaging preferences and stop future non-essential messages where required.

Timing

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by law. Complex requests or verification delays may take longer.
