These public docs summarize how FURNIVO Inc. operates TribeMeet for WhatsApp opt-in messaging, support routing, templates, and privacy requests.

Workflow overview

TribeMeet customers connect authorized WhatsApp Business Account assets, collect opt-in through their own booking, community, or support flows, and use TribeMeet to organize messages, templates, team assignments, preferences, and audit records.

Opt-in example

A user enters a WhatsApp phone number and checks a statement such as: "I agree to receive TribeMeet WhatsApp updates from FURNIVO Inc. or the organization I am contacting about reminders, support replies, and service updates."

Templates and support window

Business-initiated messages use approved WhatsApp templates when required. User-initiated support messages are handled inside the applicable 24-hour customer service window, and conversations can be assigned to a human teammate.

Login access

TribeMeet access is invite-based during review. Customers, reviewers, or partners can request demo access by emailing tribemeet.contact@gmail.com.
