This policy explains how TribeMeet handles personal information for our website, WhatsApp messaging workflows, and related support services.

TribeMeet is a product operated by FURNIVO Inc. FURNIVO Inc. provides tools for communities, event teams, and service businesses to manage opted-in WhatsApp conversations, meeting reminders, and customer support handoffs. You can contact us at tribemeet.contact@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use TribeMeet, we may collect contact details, account information, support requests, communication preferences, WhatsApp phone numbers, message metadata, conversation content needed to provide support, meeting or event details, device and log information, and information you submit through our website or support channels.

  • To provide TribeMeet services, including message organization, reminders, support routing, and human handoff workflows.
  • To send WhatsApp messages that are expected, relevant, and connected to a user opt-in, customer support request, community membership, meeting, or service relationship.
  • To maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve service reliability.
  • To respond to user requests, privacy requests, support tickets, and compliance reviews.

4. WhatsApp and Meta platform data

When TribeMeet connects with the WhatsApp Business Platform, messages and related metadata may be processed through Meta services and WhatsApp Business tools. We use this data only to provide the messaging and support features requested by our business customers and their contacts. TribeMeet does not sell WhatsApp message data.

6. Opt-in and opt-out

TribeMeet is designed for opt-in based messaging. Users may receive WhatsApp messages after they provide their phone number, request support, join a community, book a meeting, or otherwise agree to receive updates. Users can opt out by replying with unsubscribe language such as "STOP" or by contacting tribemeet.contact@gmail.com.

7. Sharing information and subprocessors

We may share information with service providers that help us operate TribeMeet, including hosting, analytics, support, security, and messaging infrastructure providers. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers may include website hosting, email support, security monitoring, and Meta or WhatsApp Business Platform infrastructure. They are authorized to process information only as needed to provide services to TribeMeet or our customers.

8. Retention

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support legitimate business operations. Conversation history, opt-in records, opt-out records, template delivery records, and support tickets may be retained while an organization uses TribeMeet and for a reasonable period afterward for audit, security, and legal purposes. Customers may request deletion as described on our Data Deletion page.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information, including access controls, least-privilege operational practices, transport security where available, monitoring for abuse, and deletion workflows. No online system is perfectly secure, but we work to limit access to information and reduce unnecessary data exposure.

10. International processing

TribeMeet may process information in countries where we or our service providers operate. When required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.

11. Cookies, analytics, advertising, and AI training

This static website does not use non-essential cookies or analytics at this time. TribeMeet does not sell personal information, does not use WhatsApp message content for ad targeting, and does not use WhatsApp message content to train AI models. If we add analytics, cookies, advertising features, or AI processing in the future, we will update this policy before using those features.

12. Children's privacy

TribeMeet is intended for business and community communication. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

13. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your information by contacting us. We may need to verify your request before acting on it. We review the request, locate the relevant account, WhatsApp contact, or support conversation, apply the requested change when legally and technically possible, and confirm completion or explain why a limited record must be retained.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice when appropriate.
