Terms of Service

These terms govern access to TribeMeet websites, messaging workflows, and related services.

1. Acceptance

By using TribeMeet, a product operated by FURNIVO Inc., you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use TribeMeet on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service description

TribeMeet provides tools for organizing WhatsApp conversations, meeting reminders, community updates, customer support workflows, and related communication operations.

3. Messaging consent

You are responsible for ensuring that contacts have provided appropriate consent before receiving business-initiated messages. You must honor opt-out requests, use approved message templates when required, and comply with WhatsApp Business Platform policies and applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use TribeMeet for spam, deceptive messages, harassment, illegal goods or services, or unauthorized marketing.
  • Do not upload or transmit malicious code, attempt to bypass security controls, or interfere with the service.
  • Do not use TribeMeet in a way that violates Meta, WhatsApp, telecom, privacy, consumer protection, or anti-spam rules.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity, business, or the purpose of a message.

5. Customer data

Customers retain responsibility for the data they submit to TribeMeet. We process customer data to provide and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.

6. Third-party platforms

TribeMeet may rely on third-party services, including WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta developer tools. Those services may have their own terms, policies, outages, limits, pricing, or review requirements.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep TribeMeet reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, compliance, reliability, or business reasons.

8. Intellectual property

TribeMeet and its website, designs, product workflows, and service materials are owned by TribeMeet or its licensors. These terms do not grant rights to use our brand except as needed to identify the service.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. TribeMeet disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TribeMeet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if use of TribeMeet violates these terms, creates risk, violates platform policies, or is required for legal or security reasons.
